Thanks to Upside's targeted marketing and customer engagement strategies, Sports Page experienced:
- New customer influx: Upside helped drive 870 new customers during this period. This growth helped to expand the restaurant's client base by an impressive 24%, proving that Upside effectively resonated with the targeted audience.
- Sales growth: The increase in patronage resulted in a significant 5% rise in total sales. Notably, 4.9% of these sales were directly attributable to Upside's strategies, adding a substantial $87K to the restaurant's revenue.
- Customer loyalty: Thanks to Upside's customer engagement tactics, Sports Page saw a +60% increase in trip frequency, with existing customers spending +70% more than usual.
- Strong return on investment: Sports Page Bar & Grill saw a 70% return on its investment in Upside's program. This result underlines the cost-effectiveness of Upside's personalized promotions and engagement strategies.
