Heritage Grocers Group, a multi-brand family of grocery chains across six different states, began its partnership with Upside in 2021. After years of doing business together, CMO Adam Salgado and COO Prabash Coswatte reflected on today's market challenges in the grocery industry and how Upside's digital marketplace helps them attract and retain customers.

"I'll take that to the bank any day," Salgado quipped.
A few months after that first conversation, Upside caught up with Coswatte on-site at Groceryshop. He shared that Upside has become an essential tool for Heritage to win more uncommitted customers that previously spread around their grocery trips.
